This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through https://inventionpitchhouse.in and applies to all users of Invention Pitch House (OPC) Private Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products
This includes, but is not limited to, research reports, datasets, ebooks, Excel templates, Google Sheets templates, tools, and downloadable materials.
All Digital Product sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once access has been provided.
Digital Products are deemed delivered immediately upon successful payment and provision of access, download link, or account-based availability.
Exceptions (Limited Cases Only):
Refunds may be considered solely under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment for the same product;
Technical failure preventing access or download, where the issue is attributable to the Company and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
All such requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Consultation and Appointment Services
This includes paid consultation sessions, advisory calls, and booking-based services.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund at the sole discretion of the Company.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-Show
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Service Completion
Once a consultation session has been conducted, the service is deemed delivered and no refunds will be provided.
3. Custom Services
For customized consulting, research, or deliverable-based services:
Cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of purchase only if the service has not commenced.
A service is deemed commenced once any work, preparation, analysis, or scheduling activity has begun.
Once the service has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing a Digital Product or scheduled service:
You must notify the Company within 24 hours of purchase or scheduled session time.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, rescheduled service, or platform credit.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed either to the original payment method or as platform credit at the sole discretion of the Company.
Refund processing may take up to 15 working days from the date of approval.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase;
Failure to use or access a Digital Product after delivery;
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation (no-show);
Dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations not aligned with the service description;
Incompatibility of Digital Products with user systems where requirements were reasonably communicated.
7. Payment Disputes
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.
8. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
